Sun Shade - Thailand

Boats cruising throught the jamb-packed Damnoen Saduak Floating Market in Ratchaburi (near Bangkok). The boat in the foreground displays some of the many styles and colors of hats one may purchase to keep the sun at bay, while the Thai women in their own brightly colored hats can be seen floating past in the background as they eat their lunch with chopsticks. Selected for Photographic Center - Capital District - 2009 Members' show.
