Panma Canal - Miraflores Locks 2022

The Miraflores Locks are 110-feet wide, 1,000-feet long, and around three feet thick. In the locks, vessels from over 1,000 countries are lifted (or lowered) 54 feet (16.5 m) in two stages on there way between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans.
