Built around the middle of the 3rd millennium B.C., the great pyramids of giza are one of the famous seven wonders of the ancient world — from left, the Pyramid of Khufu, Pyramid of Khafre and Pyramid of Menkaure.

Having withstood time and remaining intact to this day, the pyramids, called mer by the ancient egyptians, were the result of both philosophical and technological evolution.
