Gache Gache is on the shores of Lake Kariba and all our private dwellings faced the lake. On the left is a view of the main lodge area from the lake. Below is one of the neatest sinks I have every seen and the bedroom of my lodge - Barbel - taken from the porch. Not having windows or doors let us enjoy the sounds of nature and be lulled to sleep by the tinkling sound made by frogs every evening. Kind of like falling to sleep to very special wind chimes.
